On the GSR: 40 frame (bottom mount, best possible mounting system of any goped ever) Mods: Complete g62 motor Full TS conversion kit TS 60 Head kit race / compression release valve TS60 2x carbon fiber reed valve TS60 throttle linkage TS Outer casing TS exhaust header Ful porting throughout motor Eton fan cover and upgraded RC coil/ rpm limiter removed. MSD plug wire w/ champion plug Custom Bartolone racing pipe with heat wrap and a carbon fiber silencer, K&N Filter, delrin intake spacer (heat shield) and one hell of a CARBERETTOR, with a 1/2" velocity stack..!! Custom clutch and casing, with a 10T pinion gear (72t sprocket) 15:1 compression dome, runs VP red 110ยบ race gas with Maxima Castor 927 @ 25:1 ratio.. Estimated over 14-16HP Ada auto chain tensioner, tsi Bars/steering head, custom grips, mad dog disc brake, and some sweet red grip tape!! SPORT has: Added these mods: Z-rc manifold with heat insulating spacers, walbro 883 carb, 1" velocity stack (from 3/4" v stack before) boost chamber for big bore motors, small X-port, finished porting the exhaust header, and got 33.6mph using a .875 spindle. Still have the championship ported cylinder/head to try, along with a .900 spindle... Acceleration is great even off idle, and when the powerband hits the wheel wants to lift. There seems to be a SECOND powerband (wtf??) at somewhere around 16000rpm that leaps it up another 1000rpm or so in an instant...right as you think its going to top out...
